Timeline (how it runs)
Step 1: Deposit, then kickoff
We send an invoice for a deposit, and we do not lock dates or schedule the next working session until the deposit is paid
After that, you receive a timeline doc showing what we’re doing, how fast, and when we need check-ins
Step 2: Virtual build (messaging, brand, site)
Order of operations: messaging, visual identity, website, then video
We do the prep virtually so the shoot is efficient and the launch is cohesive
Step 3: Indiana filming
Video is the only part that must be done in person
Typical filming plan: arrive, meet, scout and lock locations, then a full day to film (with everything already planned)
Target filming window in early January
Step 4: Finalize and launch
Edit, finalize site, and be ready to launch in March

Training/coaching support for the team while the Indiana work is happening
