ReCenter Indiana + Lifestyled Marketing

Digital Content & Podcast Initiative

Overview & Goals

The goal is simple: produce clean, clear, consistent content that positions ReCenter as the nonpartisan civic expert in Indiana so donors, sponsors, and partners know ReCenter is the organization to trust, fund, and collaborate with.

This initiative is designed for a lean team (one staff member plus board support), with production handled end-to-end by Lifestyled Marketing so ReCenter can focus on the substance: research, interviews, partners, and civic insights.

What Success Looks Like

  1. Stronger credibility with donors and partners
ReCenter shows up with a consistent, professional presence that signals trust, clarity, and real expertise.

  2. A reliable content system, not a scramble
Instead of posting only when someone has time, ReCenter has a repeatable monthly engine that creates content in batches and stays active year-round.

  3. A “source of truth” platform for Indiana civic info
ReCenter becomes a go-to voice for data, civic education, and what is happening in Indiana, with content that can be shared in board updates, partner decks, fundraising, and outreach.

  4. More usable assets for campaigns and coalitions
Even when ReCenter is not the “face” of a youth GOTV campaign, the organization still benefits from a strong content library that builds trust and attracts support.

  5. Better alignment across channels and vendors
LM can collaborate with ReCenter’s existing marketing support so content, distribution, and messaging stay consistent and do not conflict.

The Content Engine

We treat your brand like a series, not a one-time campaign. That means one flagship format that creates a steady stream of assets:

ReCenter Indiana Video Podcast

  • Recorded remotely (Zoom-style setup), similar to the The Democratic Dilemma

  • A consistent format and structure so it feels professional every time.

Repurposed Content

From each episode, we turn one conversation into a full set of assets:

  • Full episode video (YouTube)

  • Full episode audio (Spotify, Apple Podcasts, etc.)

  • Clips Optimized for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok

  • Partner and guest clip set (pre-cut clips they can post, plus suggested captions)

  • Quote cards and key-takeaway posts

  • SEO blog post version of the episode (optimized title, headings, summary, key takeaways)

  • Newsletter email draft (based on episode with a clear CTA)

The outcome is consistent visibility without adding ongoing workload to ReCenter’s small team.
