Timeline (how it runs)

Step 1: Deposit, then kickoff

  • We send an invoice for a deposit, and we do not lock dates or schedule the next working session until the deposit is paid

  • After that, you receive a timeline doc showing what we’re doing, how fast, and when we need check-ins

Step 2: Virtual build (messaging, brand, site)

  • Order of operations: messaging, visual identity, website, then video

  • We do the prep virtually so the shoot is efficient and the launch is cohesive

Step 3: Indiana filming

  • Video is the only part that must be done in person

  • Typical filming plan: arrive, meet, scout and lock locations, then a full day to film (with everything already planned)

  • Target filming window in early January

Step 4: Finalize and launch

  • Edit, finalize site, and be ready to launch in March

  • Built to serve two purposes, introduce you to voters and support fundraising (events, donor rooms, outreach)

5) Team training

  • Training/coaching support for the team while the Indiana work is happening
