Background
The Veterinary Cooperative is a member organization serving veterinary practices. Their annual meeting brings member owners together to review the year, vote on key decisions, and stay aligned on the future of the co-op.
Challenge
TVC needed more than a webcam feed. They are legally required to offer remote access for member owners, and any technical failure would risk trust and compliance. The annual meeting had to stream smoothly from a hotel ballroom in Atlanta.

Process
We treated the meeting like a live show, not a one off video call. We planned with TVC's team, mapped signal flow, set up extra power and internet, and ran rehearsals. On site we directed cameras, mixed audio, and captured clean records.
